About Me
My marketing journey embarked on a unique trajectory. In 2005, I was recruited by Lifestyle Lift to oversee an 18-person call center for an aspiring plastic surgeon with a visionary goal—establishing a national brand for a mini facelift procedure. My responsibilities extended far beyond mere management, requiring me to elevate the call center to a staff of 100 agents, institute a comprehensive training program, enhance technological infrastructure, and cultivate a resilient organizational culture capable of handling the impending surge in call volumes. The results were transformative, catapulting us from 200 to an astonishing 2,000 calls per day, expanding from three medical centers to a network of over 50 nationwide, and conducting 200 to 250,000 procedures. This remarkable growth saw the company's financial standing soar from $100,000 to an impressive $250 million within a decade—setting a replicable benchmark for cosmetic organizations nationwide.

Over those pivotal 10 years, I immersed myself in every facet of marketing, gaining insights into the intricacies of various arms, from establishing a field marketing team to building a virtual consultation and web chat department. I also established a video marketing department to develop content to drive engagement for our social media channels. These roles led me to be promoted to the Digital Marketing Director position to oversee all digital strategy and execution for the organization. These roles were impactful in shaping my experience today. The most invaluable knowledge acquired was an in-depth understanding of how customers engage with a brand. Progressing seamlessly from Awareness to Opinion, Consideration, Purchase, and Loyalty, and culminating in Ambassadorship, I comprehended that every interaction and touchpoint played a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. This immersive experience not only sculpted my perspective on marketing but also fueled my fervor to delve even deeper into the dynamic world of consumer engagement.
